How does it work and what does it take to be successful with CMHP?

Well, when you secure your postcode, we then launch a dedicated marketing campaign via Social Media to specifically target your area. From there the leads are emailed directly to your inbox, but they’re also available through your agent control panel (accessible via your login once you’re registered). The key here though is that you need to have excellent follow up systems in place. More homeowners visit seeking a property price report than any other site of its kind in Australia (Source: Alexa 2017). Often they do it early in the process of going to market. This means that our member agents actually get first chance at a new listing long before anyone else is even aware it could come to market.

Being successful with Check My House Price, means building relationships with homeowners, working with them over months (sometimes longer), to come to market. Of course, there are always those who are ready to list and sell in the short term too, and they’ll more than pay for your subscription when you convert them.
